1. Digital Product Policy (All Sales Are Final)

Due to the immediate digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product or Notion template link has been delivered, accessed, or duplicated, it cannot be returned or revoked. By completing your purchase at Plan&Grid, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Exceptions & Customer Support

We want you to be completely satisfied with your setup! We offer full assistance under the following circumstances:

 Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same template twice in a single order, contact us with both receipt numbers, and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

 Access/Broken Link Issues: If you experience any technical issues opening, accessing, or duplicating your purchased template, please reach out immediately. We will promptly issue a fresh link or assist you with setup.
